Red Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup mixed berries √
½ cup spinach or kale √
1 cup almond milk
2 tsps. oatmeal (*)
2 Tbsps. plain yogurt (**)
1 tsp. flaxseed
1 tsp. coconut oil
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding milk, ice or water to get the desired consistency.
