Red Berry Smoothie

Red Berry Smoothie


½ cup mixed berries

½ cup spinach or kale

1 cup almond milk

2 tsps. oatmeal (*)

2 Tbsps. plain yogurt (**)

1 tsp. flaxseed

1 tsp. coconut oil


In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding milk, ice or water to get the desired consistency.
